De Ying Foundation places significant importance on arts education, valuing its intrinsic worth and its potential for transformative impact. While the foundation’s primary focus is on Greater China, it actively engages with international partners whose work resonates with its mission, fostering a genuine artistic dialogue between China and the rest of the world.

Sunpride Foundation was established in 2014 with a mission to celebrate and promote the rich, creative history of the LGBTQ+ community. The Foundation seeks to foster a stronger, healthier, and more equitable world for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies by encouraging and inspiring a new generation of young artists to take action and create positive change. Through the exhibition and preservation of art, Sunpride aims to amplify voices that resonate with society at large.
In December 2022, “Myth Makers—Spectrosynthesis III,” the first major survey exhibition on LGBTQ+ perspectives in Hong Kong, was co-presented by the Foundation and Tai Kwun Contemporary, a landmark kunsthalle in the heart of Hong Kong. The exhibition explores contemporary mythologies and practices of the body, showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions related to LGBTQ+ perspectives from over 60 artists across Asia and its diasporas. “Myth Makers” includes over 100 artworks in all Tai Kwun Contemporary galleries, with one third of the works loaned from Sunpride’s collection.
The Tai Kwun Contemporary exhibition expands on the “Spectrosynthesis” series, which began in Taipei in 2017 in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei, and continued in Bangkok in 2019, presented in partnership with the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
Audemars Piguet believes that creativity feeds culture, connects people and gives purpose to our lives.
Audemars Piguet Contemporary, the brand’s dedicated art program, embodies this spirit by commissioning international artists to create contemporary artworks. The resulting artworks belong to the artists and contribute to their body of work.
The nomadic programme fosters collaborations with cultural institutions around the world to present commissions to global audiences. Each Audemars Piguet Contemporary commissioned artwork is as an opportunity for new creation, bringing together audiences and broadening horizons, as well as leading to a better understanding within and between individuals.
The Asian Art Roundtable is a long-term initiative designed to build and strengthen networks among frontline art professionals in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to explore new visions for art driven by the synergies generated within these networks and to identify ways to expand their potential.
The ongoing research conducted by the Roundtable is broadly organized into four thematic areas: Community, Spirituality, Migration, and Digital/Materiality. By incorporating the voices of its members, the project seeks to pave the way for a diverse program of collaborations, including research projects, discussions, publications, exhibitions, workshops, and other events. These initiatives will be developed and implemented over several years.
